Rattlesnake Hill – 11/22/09

Many thanks to Marc Bridgeman, Eagle Scout, who created a guide to Sharon’s hiking trails, available on the town website. The guide was created in 1998, so some of it may be outdated:

So, we tried to find Rattlesnake Hill of Sharon Town Meeting fame.  Found a trail into the woods, just past 364 Mountain St.  Followed a trail, interesting wall of rock on the right.  But we never found the summit. We did curve around to the right, and ended up in the back yards of some very lovely homes. It was then a roughly 7/10 mile hike up the dirt road of Mountain St to find our car.
