Canton Audubon – high water 3/2/13

A regularly-visited site, the Canton Audubon Sanctuary has the advantages of being nearby, with nice trails, a babbling brook, and an art museum featuring exhibits of painted, sculptured, etched, printed birds. Museum closed due to mechanical difficulties, but this visit followed 3 snowstorms, heavy rains, and some serious melting. Pequot Brook, which had been so low it barely babbled on our last visit, now is raging and roaring.
